8.00 am
A quiet and traditional service, with no music, offers a gentle
start to each Sunday. Our friendly congregation is normally about
twenty strong and always welcomes visitors. We usually meet in
the All Saints Chapel at the back of the main church, and there
is always a sermon, normally reflecting the Gospel reading of
the day.
11:00 am
The main service of the day, our 11am service has hymns and songs,
with music led by a small music group, and both a crèche and children's
church are available. We aim to offer relaxed and informal Anglican
worship, normally following the modern Church in Wales Communion
service. The exception to this comes on the first Sunday of each
month, when we have a family service. Every service is followed
by coffee and cake. There is always a sermon looking at the Bible
passage for the day. This congregation normally numbers in the
40s or 50s, and always welcomes visitors.
6:00 pm
A gentle service, mixing something of the atmosphere of old fashioned
evensong with some of today's songs of worship, and a thought
provoking sermon. We meet in the All Saints Chapel, and find this
service to be an oasis of peace in a busy world. Our regular twenty
or so members are always pleased to be joined by visitors.
Sundays at All Saints Glyncoch
9:30 am
A small but faithful band of us meet each Sunday in the Glyncoch
Community Centre on Porchers Avenue. Come and join us!
Wednesdays at St Catherine's
10:00 am
Market Day Communion: many older members regard this as their
favourite service, a spoken service with sermon, followed by coffee
at the back of church. We are regularly joined by members of other
churches, who come to town on market day and make time to worship
with us. Through the summer months we keep the church open through
the day for visitors.
