As a church, we are all about people. But we have been gifted with a wonderful set of buildings to cherish and utilise as a fantastic resource, both for worship and mission into our community.
History: Opened in 1869, the history of St Catherine’s reflects the industrial heritage of the South Wales Valleys. Click on the link above for more.
Church Renovations: in 2005 we had a series of major renovations to the church. Click on the link for pictures of what we did, under the guidance of conservator Thomas Pinhorn and architect David Harvey.
Church Hall Plans: and now we have planning permission to join the church and hall together and to renovate the hall completely so we can serve our community with facilities that will bless young and old and enable us to serve people throughout the week. Click above for a video that reveals what our plans entail.
